The Lyndhurst Municipal Alliance is a collaboration between the Township of Lyndhurst, The Lyndhurst Police Department and the Lyndhurst School District. The Municipal Alliance seeks to create an environment that promotes wellness and free of the misuse and abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and illicit drugs. The mission of the Lyndhurst Municipal Alliance is to promote the health and well-being of individuals in Lyndhurst through the reduction of alcohol, tobacco, and illicit drug use. The Alliance will achieve this through an ongoing process of community involvement, collaborations, education, public awareness activities, sharing resources, and delivery of quality programs.
