2026 Academic Hall of Fame

Ms. Francesca Ilardi
LHS Academic Hall of Fame 2026
Congratulations to Class of 2011 graduate, Francesca Ilardi for her inducation into the Lyndhurst High School Academic Hall of Fame. Ms. Ilardi exemplified what it means to be a well-rounded student. She was a five-year band member, captain of the volleyball team, and President of Student Government Association. She was also a member of FBLA, the Italian Club, Peer Group, Girls State, and the National Honor Society. Ranked in the top 10% of her class, she earned numerous accolades, including the Anthony Biasucci Memorial Award and several scholarships, along with the Lyndhurst Scholarship Award - each one reflecting her leadership, character, dedication and superior high school career.
Ms. Ilardi carried that same drive and determination to Rutgers University where she pursued a double major in psychology and linguistics. Graduating summa cum laude, she was consistently recognized on the Dean’s List and received the Rutgers Academic Excellence Award, continuing to build on the strong academic foundation she developed here at Lyndhurst.
Her passion for helping others then led her to Montclair State University, where she earned her master’s degree in speech-language pathology. As a Red Hawk, her career truly took flight. She became actively involved in the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association and dedicated herself to community service, supporting students in Essex County who face unequal access to educational and social development resources.
Today, Francesca serves as the Director of Business Operations at Montclair Speech Therapy in Montclair, New Jersey. She resides with her beautiful family in Whippany, NJ.
