Scholarship Application Instructions
MINIMUM GPA OF 2.5 or higher is required. In addition, please see individual sponsor requirements.

Please review thoroughly and include all required materials.
- Type your responses directly on form
- Handwrite the name of the scholarship on each printout
- Submit application along with any additional required materials (essay, additional forms, etc.) by March 11, 2016. Applications will not be accepted after this date. No exceptions.

- NOTE: There is no need to submit a second Group I Application if you have already submitted one for Phase I. Please submit ONLY the New Group I Checklist for phase II if you have already submitted a Group I Application.

Male or Female applicants with a 3.0 GPA, evidence of citizenship to School and Community, and proof of acceptance in a 2 or 4 year program. |
