MINIMUM GPA OF 2.5 or higher is required. In addition, please see individual sponsor requirements.

- Handwrite your name and name of scholarship on each printout
- Submit application along with any additional required materials (essay, additional forms, etc.) by February 5, 2016. Applications will not be accepted after this date. No exceptions.
